Matt Pullins

Matt Pullins, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in regulatory reporting, financial management, and capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PNC Capital Markets since March 2009, Matt has played a critical role in managing regulatory financial, capital, liquidity, and risk reporting, as well as loan accounting operations. Prior to this, Matt held various senior positions at PNC, including leadership of the Basel III regulatory capital reporting program and oversight of financial reporting for a business segment managing over $50 billion in client assets. Matt's earlier career included roles at National City Corporation and Nationwide Life Insurance Co., focusing on corporate development, M&A activities, and sales strategy enhancement. Academically, Matt holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by a B.S. in Agribusiness and Applied Economics and a B.S. in Economics.
