Nate Bacon

Nate Bacon is an accomplished executive in the credit card industry, currently serving as Head of Consumer and Small Business Card at PNC since October 2023, where leadership of the consumer and small business credit card product teams is the primary focus. Previously, Nate held the position of Head of Credit Card at Citizens Bank from March 2018 to November 2023, achieving a 40% growth in the consumer card portfolio and overseeing the successful integration of the HSBC Northeast card portfolio into Citizens’ infrastructure. This role also involved co-chairing a partnership evaluation with Mastercard that yielded significant financial benefits. Nate's extensive experience at Bank of America from November 2003 to March 2018 included roles in card engagement, risk control, and customer onboarding, where notable achievements included leading the transition to contactless EMV technology and driving performance optimization for a substantial card portfolio.
