Nathaniel Baako

Nathaniel Baako has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Intelligent Automation at PNC since August 2011. In this role, Nathaniel leads initiatives utilizing data science to optimize cash management and mitigate fraud losses. Previously, as Assistant Vice President and Intelligent Automation Program Manager at PNC, Nathaniel managed project teams to execute automation strategies and developed training programs for new hires. Nathaniel's background includes positions as Business Systems Analyst Consultant and Technical Project Manager, focusing on project performance improvement and reporting. Additionally, Nathaniel gained early experience as a Student Assistant at the Special Collections Research Center and in media relations. Nathaniel holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the College of William and Mary and furthered education with study at The University of Manchester.
