Rick Hamilton is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in risk management and data science. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of AML Data Science Solutions at PNC since 2008, Rick Hamilton leads a cross-functional team focused on identifying potential money laundering risks through advanced modeling techniques. Rick previously held the position of Senior Vice President & Head of the Economic Capital Group at PNC, where the oversight of credit risk economic capital modeling and a team of up to 35 Ph.D. experts was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President & Economic Capital Manager at National City Bank, managing a team dedicated to credit, market, and operational risk modeling. Rick Hamilton possesses advanced degrees from Case Western Reserve University, including an MS in Management Science and an MBA in Finance, along with certifications in Data Science and Fintech Innovation from Thinkful and MIT.
