Ethan Perry is a Senior Civil Engineer and Hydrologist at PND Engineers, Inc., where responsibilities include conducting field hydrologic and hydraulic studies, designing bridges, culverts, and river training structures, performing HEC-RAS modeling, and conducting environmental studies and site drainage design since May 2010. Previously, as a Civil Engineer Intern at USKH Inc., Ethan contributed to estimating quantities, designing specifications, and improving transportation safety from May 2009 to April 2010. Ethan holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Certificate in Port and Coastal Engineering, both from the University of Alaska Anchorage, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
