Jessica Matlock

Jessica Matlock is the CEO and President of PNGC Power. Jessica has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the energy sector, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of La Plata Electric Association and as an Assistant General Manager at Snohomish County PUD. With a background in environmental science and public administration, Jessica has also worked in government and city planning roles before transitioning into the energy industry.
