Henry Monroy

Henry Monroy currently serves as Vice President of Regulatory at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Henry Monroy accumulated extensive experience at PNM Resources from July 2003 to December 2023, holding various positions, including Vice President Corporate Controller, Controller of Utility Operations, and multiple director roles related to accounting and cost services. Earlier in the career, Henry Monroy worked as a Staff Accountant at Johnson, Miller & Co., CPA's from July 2002 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from New Mexico State University and ongoing studies towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of New Mexico, which began in January 2024.
