Diana Kovalchuk has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service, currently serving as a QA Engineer at PNN Soft since September 2021. Prior to this role, Diana worked as a Passenger Service Agent at SkyUp Airlines from March 2020 to September 2021, where skills in client interaction were developed. Diana holds a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which was obtained in June 2021.
