Jessica Nielsen

Jessica Nielsen has a wealth of experience in the credit union industry, having worked at Pacific NW Federal Credit Union for over a decade in various roles such as Director of Branch Operations and Member Service Operations Manager. Jessica then moved on to work as the Digital Banking Manager at Columbia Credit Union for a year before returning to Pacific NW Federal Credit Union as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.
