Kaylee Brophy

Kaylee Brophy has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the VP of Human Resources & Training at Pacific NW Federal Credit Union since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at the same company from September 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Pacific NW Federal Credit Union, Kaylee worked as a Human Resources Generalist / Consultant at POIC + RAHS from June 2020 to July 2021. Kaylee also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Xenium HR from December 2019 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, Kaylee served as a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's from October 2013 to September 2019. Kaylee started their professional journey as a Skills Trainer at Janus Youth Programs from April 2012 to October 2013.

Kaylee Brophy completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Philosophy from Portland State University in 2011. In 2021, they obtained their Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University.
