Andrias Justinussen

Andrias Justinussen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrias is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at P&O Ferries since April 2022. Prior to this, Andrias worked as a Business Owner from August 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining P&O Ferries, Andrias held multiple positions at Rainmaking from 2019 to 2021. Andrias served as the Head of Venture Program from October 2020 to August 2021 and as a Program Director from September 2019 to October 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Andrias worked at DFDS, where they held the roles of Product Manager and Senior Project Manager in the Strategy & Consulting department. As a Product Manager, they led the implementation of a flagship digital project, enabling customers to book freight online. Andrias also led the validation phase of setting up a Virtual Freight Forwarder.

Prior to DFDS, Andrias worked at Accenture as a FutureTech Consultant from 2016 to 2017. Here, they worked on projects related to Robotics Process Automation, Virtual Agents, AI, IoT, and Blockchain.
