Latifa Mohammad

Latifa is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of P&O Maritime Logistics, As part of her role, Latifa oversees the company's human capital function globally and its strategic plans to support organizational goals to sustain the company’s vision and mission. Within the DP World group she has also headed the HR Department of P&O Ports, DMC, P&O Marinas and Drydocks World globally. Prior to P&O Maritime Logistics, she held the position of Regional Human Capital for Middle East, Africa & Europe (MEAE) within P&O Maritime and the group from 2006 to 2015. Latifa has also worked within the DP World Group where she headed the HR Department of P&O Ports, DMC, P&O Marinas and Drydocks World globally. Latifa brings over 17 years of experience working with international Financial Institutions, Maritime & Port Companies, and has considerable experience in Human Capital, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Audit risk control compliance. Latifa holds a Degree in Banking and Financial Studies and a Human Resource Executive Certificate and was an assessor in the Dubai Government Human Resources Audit Committee.
