Frank Groot

Frank Groot currently serves as a Kennisgroep Kwaliteitszorg member at PO-Raad since June 2023 and as an ambassador and advisor for Bijzonder Jij since March 2023. Since August 2016, Frank has been an educational advisor at Groot in Onderwijs, focusing on learning organizations, professional culture, and change management. Additional roles include being an ambassador for Leskracht and Playing for Success Almere, as well as serving as the IKC-director for Sterrenschool de Ruimte at Stichting Prisma Almere since February 2019. Frank is also an advisor for Vijf Sterren Interim BV, engaged in developing the Samensprong school in Volendam. Previous positions include ambassador for Floriade Almere and interim director at Penta Hoorn. Frank’s educational background includes degrees and training from various institutions, including a focus on leadership and crisis management.
