Felicia Dawson

Felicia Dawson has extensive experience in community development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at POAH Communities since February 2018. Prior to this role, Felicia held the position of Director at Preservation Housing Management from April 2011 and served in various capacities at The Community Builders, Inc., including Director of Community Building and Senior Program Manager. Felicia's career commenced at Bethel New Life, Inc., where roles included Director of the Community Building Department and Development Program Manager. Felicia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Urban Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning, both from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
