Derek Bouchard-Hall

Derek Bouchard-Hall currently serves as CEO of POC since September 2023. Previously, Derek held the position of CEO at ASSOS of Switzerland GmbH from January 2019 to October 2022 and at USA Cycling from June 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading organizational initiatives and growth. Derek's earlier roles included Director of International and Pricing at Wiggle.co.uk, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and Director of the HUBZone Program at the US Small Business Administration. Derek has professional cycling experience as both a road and track cyclist with USA Cycling. Academically, Derek holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.
