Scott Weismann

Scott Weismann is an accomplished writer and administrative professional with diverse experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as an In-House Writer at Pocket FM since January 2024, Scott creates pilots for audio series across multiple genres including Crime, Fantasy, Drama, and Romance. Previously, from November 2018 to January 2024, Scott worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Home Entertainment at Lionsgate, supporting a large team and managing story material for acquisitions. Early experiences include internships at well-known production companies such as The Garage Team Mazda, Good Universe, Bad Hat Harry Productions, and Bully Pictures, where Scott gained expertise in copywriting, story development, and creative collaboration. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Screenwriting from Chapman University, earned in 2018.
