Gina Santonastaso is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and Marketing Manager at Pocket Nurse® since August 2022. Previously, at PPG from August 2013 to August 2022, Gina held various roles including Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, Customer Relations Lead, and Customer Relations Representative, focusing on the procurement of marketing materials and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels. Earlier experience includes a position as Laboratory Technician at PPG Industries and serving as a Biology Tutor at Allegheny College. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Allegheny College, earned in 2012.
