Tyler Dzugan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and ecommerce management, currently serving as IT Manager at Pocket Nurse® since September 2014. Tyler has held various roles within the organization, including Information Technology Supervisor, IT Team Lead, Systems Analyst, Network Administrator, and Desktop Support Technician, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and manage IT-related projects. Prior work experience includes a Help Desk Technician role at PC Network Services, Inc., and self-employment in lawn care, which helped develop essential skills in customer service and communication.
