Cary Berger

Cary Berger is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Leia Inc. and Special Counsel at Sullivan & Triggs, LLP. With a strong background in corporate and intellectual property law, Cary has held various prominent positions, including General Counsel at pocket.watch, Surf Air Mobility, and Chief Legal Officer at Shryne Group, where significant transactions such as SPAC dealings and NYSE listings were managed. Cary co-founded Artisanal Brewers Collective and served as its Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, contributing to its rapid expansion.
