Rishi Nayyar

Rishi Nayyar is the Co-founder and CEO of PocketHealth, a digital health company that helps patients get their medical records easily and securely. Prior to PocketHealth, Rishi worked in Corporate & Investment Banking at Citigroup where they executed cross-border mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity advisory transactions totaling over US$75bn. Some of their most notable deals include a $3.2bn credit facility to finance part of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s acquisition of the Antares Capital sponsor finance business from General Electric Capital Corporation and advising Canadian banks on senior unsecured USD bond offerings totaling over US$45bn, including the Bank of Montreal’s inaugural Canadian credit-card securitization in the U.S. market. Rishi has also authored several market and client research studies in support of broader Citigroup Global Markets strategic initiatives during their time there (2012-2015).
