Nhan Duong

Nhan Duong has been working in the HR field for over two years. Nhan started their career at Taiyo Nippon Sanso, where they worked as a senior training and recruitment specialist. Nhan was responsible for training new staff, maintaining an active database of applicants, coordinating with recruitment agencies, and issuing recruitment notices. Nhan also oversaw the HR department's compliance with ISO standards.

In May 2020, they left Taiyo Nippon Sanso to join Woowa Bros. (now BAEMIN Vietnam) as a training and recruitment team leader. In this role, they led a team of four admin and recruitment staff, and was responsible for the daily operation of the training academy. Nhan also managed the recruitment process and trained new riders on the current operation and service process.

Duong is currently working as an HR at Pod Foods.

Nhan Duong has a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Oriental Studies from the Vietnam National University (VNU). Nhan also has certification from LinkedIn in Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Nhan Duong reports to Thiem Nguyen, Software Engineer. They are on a team with Nguyen Thi Thuy - Lead QA, Quang Do - Engineer, and Viet Dang - Engineer.
