Jan Miravite-Tiley

Jan Miravite-Tiley MTPI, AssocRICS, currently serves as Associate Director at POD Management since March 2021. Previously, Jan held the positions of Property Team Manager and Team Leader at Rendall & Rittner from April 2019 to February 2021, and served as Regional Manager in the Large & Complex Division at FirstPort (UK) from April 2015 to April 2019. Jan was involved with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) as a member of the IT & Website Working Group from January 2012 and as Board Director and Group Chair from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Jan worked as a Senior Property Manager at Consort Property Management from August 2014 to April 2015, and spent over a decade at Allsop Letting and Management in various roles, including Block Manager and PRS Property Manager.
