Karen Sardaryan

Karen Sardaryan has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Karen is currently working as a Product Designer at Podcastle since February 2023. Before that, they were a Design Lead at Passionate Design Agency from September 2019 to February 2023, where they were responsible for branding, website design, UI/UX web, and mobile application design. Karen also supervised and trained other designers.

Karen has also worked as a Freelance Graphic Web Designer from May 2019 to September 2019, undertaking various graphic design projects. Prior to that, they worked as an Art Director at Arbuz Design Studio from March 2018 to May 2019, where they managed web projects from brief to launch, assigned tasks to designers, and communicated with clients.

Before Arbuz Design Studio, Karen worked as a Design Lead at diHouse from May 2016 to March 2018, collaborating with world-leading brands like Apple, Microsoft, ASUS, Lenovo, Dell, Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Motorola, IBM, Nintendo. Karen'sresponsibilities included brand book creation and the development of internal and external websites.

Karen also has experience as a Lead Designer/Art Director at Adapts design studio, where they set tasks for freelancers, controlled workflow, and successfully implemented large projects for clients. From November 2011 to July 2015, they worked as a Lead Designer at WEXLER, designing electronic devices, concepts, and packaging and overseeing production from a design standpoint. Karen also traveled to China and worked with foreign engineers.

Karen's early work experience includes working as a Graphic Designer at Wild Orchid from January 2010 to November 2011, where they developed their career, created brand books for the company's retail chains, and worked on web banners, POS-materials, prepress, and retouching. Karen'sfirst internship as a Graphic Designer was at 1 Design Department. FSUE Russian Design Institute from October 2008 to December 2009, where they gained experience in interior and exterior design.

Karen Sardaryan pursued their education in the field of design. Karen began their educational journey in 2000 at the 1st Art School of Sergey Serov. However, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. From 2002 to 2008, Karen Sardaryan attended the Moscow State Academy of Arts and Industry S.G. Stroganov, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design.
