Ann Bettina Colace

Ann Bettina Colace is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and strategy. Currently serving as the Group Product Design Lead at Field Nation since June 2023, Colace also operates as an Independent Product Designer and Consultant, advising early-stage startups and established businesses on design strategy and UX improvements. Previous roles include Director of Product Design at Upwork, where notable accomplishments included driving significant increases in Gross Services Volume, and Senior Design Manager positions at Yahoo!, overseeing critical design projects for Yahoo! Finance and custom branded experiences. Colace began a career with foundational experiences as Design Director at GoTo.com and Art Director at Disney Interactive, leading teams to create award-winning products. Colace holds a BFA from the ArtCenter College of Design.
