Tatev Aslanyan is the Customer Happiness Manager at Podcastle. Tatev has also worked as a Project Development Manager at PUBLIQ and as a Supplier Manager at Papaya Global.

Tatev has always been interested in helping others and making sure they are happy. This led their to pursue a career in customer service. Tatev has worked in customer service for many years, and has always been interested in finding new ways to help customers and make their experience better.

At Podcastle, Tatev is responsible for managing customer support and making sure that all customers are happy with the service. Tatev works closely with the team to ensure that all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Tatev is always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience, and is passionate about making Podcastle the best it can be.

Tatev Aslanyan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Suffolk University in Paralegal Studies and International Relations and a High School Diploma from Natick High School. Tatev is also certified from LinkedIn in Sales: Customer Success.

Tatev Aslanyan reports to Arto Yeritsyan, CEO & Founder. They work with Arsen Hambardzumyan - Chief Operating Officer, Faizur Rehman - Design Director, and Aram Avetisyan - CTO.
