An experienced Medtech investor, Aaron Sandoski is the Managing Director of Norwich Ventures, an early-stage Medtech VC he co-founded in 2004, and a founding Partner of the Medtech Convergence Fund. He previously worked for DEKA, the engineering think tank of Dean Kamen, and two start-up companies that were acquired. Aaron began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He currently serves as a board member of MassMEDIC and is a regular guest lecturer on healthcare innovation at Harvard and Stanford. Aaron is the co-author of How the Wise Decide, a book on decision-making that has been translated into 11 foreign languages. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a double A.B. in Chemistry and Economics.
