Justin Ng

Justin Ng is an experienced onboarding and training professional currently serving as the Onboarding Manager Team Lead at Podium since May 2023, following a role as an Onboarding Manager. Prior to that, Justin was a Student Advisor at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business, where responsibilities included training co-workers and advising students on academic and career planning. Justin gained valuable experience as a Marketing Recruiting Specialist Intern at Qualtrics, contributing to a record number of hires while managing candidate experiences and interview coordination. Earlier, Justin served as a Training Instructor for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, mentoring students and enhancing their speaking proficiency. Justin holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Brigham Young University.
