Rachel Heaton

Rachel Heaton has extensive experience in onboarding and training, currently serving as the Manager of Onboarding at Podium since September 2022, where responsibilities include assisting small businesses in setting up their Podium accounts and maximizing platform usage. Previously, Rachel completed an HR internship at Nu Skin, focusing on improving recruiting and onboarding processes. While a student at Brigham Young University from June 2018 to April 2022, Rachel balanced academics with athletics as a student athlete and also coached gymnastics, fostering a love for the sport in young children. Additional experience includes roles as a Summer Camp Coach and as a Secretary/Waitress at Five Sushi Brothers.
