Jim Hill is an accomplished electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in both industry and education. Since February 2002, Jim has held the position of Electrical Engineering and Automation Manager at POET, following a tenure as a Sr Electrical Engineer. In addition to this role, Jim has been an Engineering Instructor with the US Army since January 1989, showcasing a commitment to training and mentorship. Prior to joining POET, Jim worked as an Electrical Engineer at Broin and Associates from February 1997 to February 2002. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southwest Minnesota State University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
