Josh Wilson

Josh Wilson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Regulatory Counsel at POET since August 2023. Prior to this role, Josh worked for the U.S. Department of Justice from August 2011 to August 2023 as a Trial Attorney in the Environment and Natural Resources Division. Josh also gained significant experience as an Attorney at Arnold & Porter, LLP from 2003 until August 2011, and served as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois from September 2002 to October 2003. Josh holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (1999-2002) and an AB in Political Science and English from Duke University (1996-1999).
