Melissa King

Melissa King currently serves as the Director of Creative Services at Poetic, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa accumulated extensive experience in various capacities at Asset Living from September 2016 to October 2022, including Regional Lease-Up Specialist and General Manager (Operations). Melissa also worked at Grand Campus Living as a Leasing Manager and Resident Director from November 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing, leasing, and community events. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Community Assistant & Leasing Professional at Campus Advantage from August 2012 to October 2014. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida, earned in 2015, and graduated from Bishop Verot Catholic High School in 2011.
