Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith has a significant amount of experience in public relations and communications. Shannon currently holds the position of Director of PR E&E North America at Match Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Plenty of Fish in various roles, including Director of Public Relations, Senior Manager of Public Relations & Communications, Manager of Public Relations and Communications, and Public Relations and Event Specialist. Before joining Plenty of Fish, Shannon worked as an Advertising Executive at the same company starting in 2010.

Shannon Smith began their education at Steveston Secondary School, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Following their time at Steveston Secondary School, they pursued higher education at Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2007 to 2009. During their time at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Shannon obtained a Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
