Sourav Ghosh

Sourav Ghosh is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Plenty of Fish since May 2018, Sourav has progressed through various managerial roles within the company. Prior to this position, Sourav held a Senior MTS role at PayPal, where the responsibilities included leading development teams and designing micro-services. Sourav began a career in software development with L&T Infotech as a Software Engineer and further honed skills at Cognizant, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate, focusing on offshore team leadership and mentoring. Sourav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology, earning the degree between 2002 and 2006.
