Megan Forbes serves as the Executive Vice President of People Development at Pogue Construction, where a focus is placed on enhancing the workplace experience for employees. With a strong background in education and leadership, Megan's prior roles include Assistant Principal at Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, where strategies for behavior improvement and professional development were implemented, resulting in an increase in the TEA Accountability Rating. Additional experience includes positions as an Elementary School Teacher and various roles in youth program leadership and recreation management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Policy from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University.
