Flora Tan

Flora Tan has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Flora is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Poh Heng Jewellery Pte Ltd since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of CHRO at The Therapy Platform from April 2020 to March 2021.

Flora also served as the Group HR Director at Tat Hong Holdings Ltd from November 2013 to August 2019, and as Managing Director at JIL HR Consulting Pte Ltd from August 2013 to March 2016.

Before that, they worked as HR BP/OD Leader at GE Asia Pacific Ltd., Singapore from January 2012 to August 2013. Flora also held the role of Director, HR Asia at DDI | Development Dimensions International from September 2006 to January 2012.

In addition, they served as Executive Director, HR-APAC at Maxtor Peripherals Singapore Pte Ltd. from September 2000 to October 2006.

Flora's career started at Yokogawa Electric Asia Pte Ltd, where they held the position of Director, Strategic Business Planning Center from December 1991 to April 1999.

Flora Tan completed their Master's Degree in Social Science (Professional Counselling) from Swinburne University of Technology from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Macquarie University from 1993 to 1995.
