Colin Roberts has held various positions in the corporate world since 1995. Colin began their career at General Motors as an Engineering Leadership Fellow. In 2007, they became Vice President of Engineering at Capacity of Texas, Inc. where they launched the Pluggable Hybrid Electric Terminal Tractor or PHETT. In 2010, they were recruited by Fleetwood RV, Inc. as Vice President of Engineering, Development, and Design. In 2012, they were appointed Director and General Manager of Rain Bird's Golf Business Unit, and later President of Controllers and Accessories, with full P&L responsibility for the business unit. In 2014, they joined Alicat Scientific, Inc. as Vice President of Halma plc, where they and their team were awarded the 2015 Innovation Award for the Whisper product line. In 2016, they became Chief Operating Officer of Firetrace International and successfully restructured global Sales forecasting and reporting. In 2018, they joined Wells Fargo as Assistant Vice President of Cyber Security Engineering and led the Shadow Sentinel and Blue Intel projects. Finally, in 2019, they became Owner and CEO of Pohle NV Center Inc., the West's largest and friendliest EZGO and Cushman Golf Car, Neighborhood and Utility Vehicle Source.

Colin Roberts completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University from 1991 to 1996. Colin then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering, Automotive from the University of Michigan from 1999 to 2000. Lastly, they obtained an MBA in Corporate Business and Product Liability from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2006 to 2008.
