Krista Wood, MBA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in non-profit and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at POIC + RAHS, Krista is responsible for managing a $29 million budget and overseeing 90 cost reimbursement contracts amidst rapid organizational growth. Previously, in roles such as Executive Director of Business Development at PraxisCare and Executive Director/CEO at Salem Gastro and Salem Endoscopy, Krista has demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships, operational management, and revenue optimization. With a strong background in business development, financial sustainability, and team leadership, Krista has significantly contributed to revenue growth and operational efficiency in various organizations.
