Anna Kraemer

Anna Kraemer has a diverse work experience across various industries. Anna started their career in 2007 as a Manufacturing Systems Co-op at SUBZERO/WOLF APPLIANCE. In 2008, they worked as a Team Manager at Yakshi Landscapes, followed by an internship as a Health Systems Intern at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in 2007-2008. Anna then interned as a Health Systems Engineering Intern at UW-HEALTH in 2009. Anna also had an internship as a Business Excellence - Manufacturing Intern at Abbott Laboratories in 2009.

From 2009-2010, they worked as a Project Lead at UW E-Business Consortium. Anna then joined Huron Consulting Group and held several roles including Analyst from 2010-2012, Associate, Clinical Operations Huron Healthcare from 2012-2014, and Manager from 2014-2015.

In 2015, Anna joined Point B as an Associate. Anna was promoted to Senior Associate from 2016-2020, where they specialized in helping clients execute strategic initiatives and deliver business results. Anna then served as a Managing Consultant & Strategic Operations Director from 2020-2021. From 2021-2023, Anna worked as a Senior Account Leader, leading cross-functional consulting teams and overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of work for strategic healthcare customers. Currently, they hold the role of Customer Director at Point B starting in 2023.

Anna Kraemer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2010. Anna also pursued a degree in Industrial Systems and Engineering during the same period at the same university. In 2014, Anna obtained a Lean Practitioner Certification from Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE). Anna is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, although the specific details of when and where this certification was obtained are unknown.
