Janae Morren

Janae Morren is a Senior Consultant of Organizational Effectiveness at Point B, where expertise lies in implementing talent and employee experience strategies, focusing on Employee Engagement, Change Management, Organizational Design, and HR Transformation initiatives since January 2022. Prior to this role, Janae served as an Employee Experience Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from September 2013 to January 2022, providing project support to the culture team and consulting on culture strategy and employee immersion. Janae started their career as an Audit Senior Associate and holds a Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas, completed in 2013, as well as a High School Diploma from Dimmitt High School, earned in 2009.
