Kelli Porcaro

Kelli Porcaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Principal Consultant at EQuip Studios since December 2013. Kelli partners with clients to design innovative learning solutions tailored to achieve desired business outcomes. Additionally, Kelli holds the position of Learning and Development Partner at Point B and serves as Faculty at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Previously, Kelli contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and as a Preferred Partner and Chicago Area Network Leader for Six Seconds. Kelli's earlier career includes roles at Willow Creek Community Church and Impact Solutions Corp., where leadership and organizational development were key focuses.
