Marissa Johnson

Marissa Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they worked as a Business Management Intern at Friends of the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, where they handled volunteer information and improved program efficiency. In 2017, they joined Bowers Manufacturing Company as an HR Intern, assisting in the recruiting process and transitioning to paper-less documentation. Marissa later became an HR Recruiter, sourcing and interviewing potential employees and updating job descriptions. Since 2018, Marissa has been with Point B, first as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they supported critical initiatives and focused on workforce experience. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, utilizing their expertise to enhance recruitment operations.

Marissa Johnson attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they studied at Alpena Community College and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Management.
