Doug Haefele

Doug Haefele is an accomplished leader in software development and digital marketing with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President at Point B Solutions since January 2019, Doug directs in-house and offshore teams in creating mobile, web, and eCommerce applications, emphasizing agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Prior to this role, Doug founded Three North, LLC, transforming it from a digital marketing agency into a software development company, and held senior positions at IQ Marketing and Maximum Graphics, where significant contributions to digital strategies and revenue growth were made. Doug began a career at Carlson Marketing Group, acquiring foundational marketing skills and a robust challenge-oriented mindset. Doug obtained a BS in Marketing and Business Administration from Viterbo University in 1989.
