Lisa Sammartino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and communications, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy at Point Blank since January 2025. Previously, Lisa worked as Communications Lead at Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness and held multiple roles, including Strategy Director and Campaign Director, at Point Blank from February 2021 to May 2024. Prior experience includes working as Digital Engagement Manager and Democracy Campaigner at Dogwood BC and serving as Constituency Assistant for Jasbir Sandhu, MP for Surrey North. Additional roles include Voter Contact Coordinator at Surrey Centre NDP, Respite Worker for a private family, Equestrian Trainer/Coach at Tara Equestrian, and Student Support Advisor at UBC. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of British Columbia.
