Darren Bailey

Senior Director, Technology & Digital Strategy & CTO at ISTE

Darren Bailey has been working in the field of technology for over 20 years. Darren started their career as a director of technology at Presteligence, where they worked for eight years. In 2004, they joined The Washington Post as their director of advertising technology. Darren worked at The Washington Post for seven years before moving on to Callident Solutions, where they were a partner and technology lead. In 2011, Darren joined ISTE as their senior director of technology and digital strategy. Darren has been with ISTE for eight years and is currently their chief technology officer.

Darren Bailey has a certificate from Carnegie Mellon University in Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, as well as a certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Darren also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tiffin University in Business Administration and Management, General, and another M.B.A. in Project Management from Villanova University. Additionally, Darren Bailey has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Mount Union and a BA in Sports Management from the University of Mount Union. Darren is also certified by the Scrum Alliance in Scrum Product Owner and ScrumMaster.
