Brian Sutterfield

Brian Sutterfield is a seasoned professional in network engineering and architecture, currently serving as the Senior Director of Network Engineering and Architecture at Point Broadband since August 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Director of Network Engineering at FiberRise from April 2020 to August 2022, and served as Senior Network Architect at Stream Networks, Inc. for a brief period in late 2019. Brian's experience also includes significant roles such as Solutions Engineer at ADTRAN, VP of Network Engineering and Operations at Console Connect Inc., and Director of Technology/Principal Technologist at DukeNet Communications. Brian's early career features positions at Juniper Networks, The Planet, Cox Communications, and Netrail, culminating in a solid foundation of expertise in network systems. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science from Troy University between 1996 and 1999.
