Leisa Chastain

Leisa Chastain currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Point Broadband since April 2014, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership across various organizations. Previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Synapse Wireless, Inc., and Director of Human Resources at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone, where Leisa managed HR functions for around 3,500 employees. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Summit Marketing, where accountability encompassed all HR aspects for a 400-employee marketing firm, and at PRE Solutions, Inc., a startup focused on prepaid debit card products. Leisa also contributed to WebMD Corporation as Director of Human Resources and held a Regional Human Resources Manager position at Hanover Insurance, overseeing HR operations for approximately 700 employees. Leisa Chastain holds an Associates degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University and further education from Penn State University.
