Joyce joined Point Innovation more than 9 years ago. As Office Manager, she continues to keep the office operating efficiently while simultaneously attending to the needs of everyone on staff. Joyce is responsible for a wide range of assignments, such as payroll representative, travel arranger and human resources coordinator, and she manages to accomplish it all with a smile that engages everyone.
