Annie Worthington, MSOD

Annie Worthington, MSOD, has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and accounting. Annie most recently served as the Head of Human Resources and Talent at Point, where they were responsible for overseeing HR functions and talent management. Prior to that, Annie worked as an Executive Human Resources Consultant at Point.

Before joining Point, Annie worked as a Human Resources Executive Consultant at Human Resource Executive from 2017 to 2019. Annie also held the position of Global Vice President, Human Resources at Fluidigm for over 15 years.

Early in their career, Annie worked in accounting roles at Intuitive Surgical Devices, Cell Genesys, Citi - Citicorp- Citigroup, and uSoft. Annie served as a Senior General Ledger Accountant at Intuitive Surgical Devices, an Accountant at Cell Genesys, and a Fixed Assets Accountant at Citi - Citicorp- Citigroup. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst and G/L Accountant at uSoft, a small start-up division of Unisys.

Annie Worthington, MSOD, has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Annie obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from California State University - East Bay, with a concentration/minor in Accounting, in 1995. Annie also completed their High School Studies at Gertrude Hanks in Lima, Peru.
