Alex Camhi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce insights and people analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Insights at Point32Health since July 2022, Alex founded the Workforce Insights function and developed the organization's first dedicated People Analytics platform. Prior to this role, Alex held positions at Point32Health focused on talent innovation and analytics, where initiatives included the creation of performance enablement programs and the re-engineering of compliance training. Alex's prior experience includes work at Boston Consulting Group as a Lead Business Analyst, where migration to Workday and management of performance systems were significant contributions. Alex began career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., serving in both technical product management and analyst roles. Alex holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
