Chris Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions in the insurance industry. Beginning in 2004 at Aetna, they held various positions analyzing financial reports and implementing efficient methods of account and membership reconciliation. They also worked as an Actuarial Consultant, managing rate reviews and statutory filings for individual voluntary and pay or play states.

In 2009, Chris joined ConnectiCare and took on roles such as Senior Actuarial Analyst, Actuarial Manager, Valuation, and finally Director, Enterprise Valuation. In these roles, they were responsible for developing accurate estimates of monthly claim reserves, participating in senior management discussions, and establishing proper valuation and reserve estimates for financial accounting purposes.

Currently, Chris is working at Point32Health as the Director of Valuation, Commercial Products. In this role, they lead a portfolio of initiatives supporting the valuation of liabilities for the Commercial business segment. They manage and develop a team of actuarial and healthcare managers and analysts, provide and report on monthly reserve estimates, and evaluate provider risk deals.

Chris Caldwell attended Daniel Hand High School from 1992 to 1996. Chris then pursued a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Connecticut from 1996 to 2001.
